Custom Level 

This is directly covering a specific conference expense or providing a service, such as: airfare for a keynote speaker, conference materials, awards, or any other agreed-upon contribution,

Cancellation Policy for Sponsorship

Sponsors may withdraw their sponsorship with a full refund minus a USD 200 administrative fee if the cancellation is requested before June 30. However, if part of the sponsorship amount has already been used to cover conference expenses, the refund will be limited to the remaining unused balance. The sponsor may choose to remain in the Custom Sponsorship category, with benefits corresponding to that level.

All supporting documentation for the expenses already incurred will be formally provided to the sponsor.

In order to confirm your sponsorship, please complete the Agreement to Sponsor Form no later than 30 June, 2026.
