The registration fee includes: Admission to all Plenary sessions, Symposia, Individual paper presentations, Poster sessions, Welcome Reception, Coffee breaks, Lunches on the official conference days.
The following activities are optional and subject to an additional fee:
- Workshops (participants may select only one of the three available options)
- Conference Dinner
- Tours in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro (participants may select one or both)
Please note that the Conference Dinner is subject to a minimum of 100 registered participants. Should this minimum not be reached, the dinner may be relocated or cancelled. Participants may keep their conference dinner reservation at the new venue or request a refund if they prefer. Seats are limited: secure your spot early to guarantee your participation.
Conference Registration Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to July 28, 2026 will result in a 100% refund of the registration fees, however if the request is made after 90 days of the purchase it will be charged a 10% administrative fee. A cancellation between July 28, 2026 and August 31, 2026 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fees. There will be no refund of any registration fees after August 31, 2026. Refunds must be requested by sending an e-mail to Mariana Curi (mcuri@icmc.usp.br) with a copy to Vitor Hugo Boraschi (vitor.boraschi@usp.br).
