IACAT recently held an election for its Vice President, who rotates into the position of President. Our current President is John Barnard of Melbourne, Australia. The new Vice President is Mark Reckase. Mark D. Reckase is a University Distinguished Professor Emeritus at Michigan State University. For the past 16 years, he has taught psychometric theory and statistics in the Measurement and Quantitative Methods Program in the College of Education. Prior to working at MSU, he was the Assistant Vice President for Assessment Innovations at ACT, Inc. Let us congratulate Mark!
